Challenge Center offers a wide array of services focused on improving health, function and quality of life for those living with severe physical disability. Current programs are shown below, and more are in the design phase. Watch this page for new additions!

Each service shown below is offered at a full market-rate value (price). Based on an enrollee’s income, a sliding scale share of cost is available to maintain the Center’s mission of providing affordable services to those in need. Each client is fully evaluated, a plan of care developed including a client’s agreement to health and wellness, with the client’s physician approval obtained before each participant begins.
